My 3rd grader started working with Paul at the start of the academic year. She has mild dyslexia and our primary goal for Paul was to work on her writing. I remember during their first session together Paul asked her to take 15 minutes to write. She was able to produce 2 sentences that she suffered through. She couldn't come up with ideas and struggled with the spelling of most words. Paul quickly identified her learning needs and was able to direct his teaching in a targeted way that was, most importantly, fun and engaging for her. After 6 weeks together our daughter proudly read us a 1 page typed story she wrote. After completing that project, she approached Paul with the idea of writing a novel. Paul is brilliant - he has a natural ability to teach kids in a way that is not only fun but also helps their confidence
